Bylaws

The bylaws reviewed include those that may be relevant to individuals facing or experiencing homelessness. To this end, I focused on bylaws related to parks, public property usage, public nuisance, loitering, and renoviction. While these were the primary areas of focus, where additional bylaws that warranted inclusion were identified, these have been  incorporated accordingly. This is a non-exhaustive list, and other applicable bylaws may exist beyond those noted here.
