Precariously Unsheltered:
Witnessing the eviction cycle in waterloo region

Picture
This space provides compiled information, bearing witness to local unsheltered evictions, some of which I’ve personally observed over time.

The events listed here do not offer a full picture of how frequently this is happening, reflecting only those I was aware of or for which I found information available.

These types of evictions continue to happen despite people having no meaningful alternatives within which to find relief.

“It is a grossly hot day, why pull this sh*t and add more strain at all, let alone on a day like today,” said Brusse in a tweet.
