Emergency Shelter
To seek emergency shelter assistance please call the Prevention and Diversion Line (519) 624-9133. They are available 24/7 to assist in directing you to shelter.
Shelter services are provided in collaboration between many local agencies and the Region of Waterloo. Some of these partners include: Overflow shelter is often as well provided in collaboration between the above agencies, the municipality and variety of local churches through the Out of the Cold program.
