We are a grassroot anti-poverty group, local to Waterloo Region. We focus on living wage, housing and transit, while remaining vocal on the broad array of barriers those of low income face.
Our membership includes a variety of members of different social groups. We strive to learn from and support each other while being vocal activists in our community. We seek to assure that those facing the plights of poverty are active participants in representing their own voices, in their concerns.
Please feel free to connect with our group to find out more by messaging us on Facebook, or sending us an email at aap-members@kwpeace.ca
